I think what you need to do is know what your priorities really are. If I were in your situation, it would be about getting out of debt in order to protect my family. But if it's really about keeping your truck or camcorder or whatever, the solution will be totally different. For me it would be a matter of taking whatever job I could, renting out whatever dump I needed to -- whatever it took to continue to provide for the family.

Honestly, I'm not concerned with keeping anything but my family together. The truck is paid for and it's my bread and butter. I'm damn near close to selling it though. The camcorder is actually a cheap digital camera provided my last place of employment. My family is still under roof, thank God! I'm working 3 jobs to try to make ends meet. Sleep is not an option when it comes to feeding my children! I've actually dropped 30 pounds from starving myself to feed them. I am willing to sacrifice!

The difficulties that your family is facing are heart breaking. I am a very pragmatic person by nature & your story almost brought me to tears - such was the emotion behind your words & within your face.Yet my feelings quickly turn to anger as the reality is that your family & the entire US was set up for this fall so that you would quietly surrender your freedoms to the UN . My advice? Sell everything you have, take whatever work you can & form a network - THINGS ARE GOING TO GET A LOT WORSE.

Thanks for taking the time to watch. It is sad to think that there are so many people being hurt by this economy and the housing market. I too believe that things are going to worse. I have a strong feeling that it's going to take something drastic for this government to do something. I can't understand why the haven't really stepped in yet. Again, thanks for your time. Peace.

File bankruptcy...it will buy you some time. Maybe the gov will put a freeze on foreclosures

before your time is up. Re-affirm on the mortgage...and your tools...file chap. ll and drag it out as long as you can...a lot of your creditors won't file in. In the time you bought get a job so that you have SOMETHING going for you...use the skills you have for whatever kind of work you can get...STOP paying on the credit cards NOW!

Ok. Tough to get through all the stupid advice you are getting here but here goes. I'm 42 and a business owner. Cutting expenses and all of that is Bullshit. You have to find a way to earn more money. That's it. The only way you can earn money fast (legally) is to get into a sales job - big ticket and hope you are good. Car sales maybe. Work nights, weekends, be the best. You have to work on commission and give it your best shot. Best of luck.

The difficulties that your family is facing are truely heart breaking. Maybe you can rent out parts of your house and in this way get some passie income. You have to figure out some way to use your house and/or land to generate income for you. God bless ;)
