It’s over due, J C Bach is an outstanding melodist and there must be countless other jewels waiting to be re-discovered.

Its great openning of this CD to start it with ''La clemenza di Scipione Punga il guerriero'' and I find the real passion at ''Orfeo ed Euridice La legge accetto'' and the heavenly one at ''Carattaco Fra l'orrore'' and its great piece to cover this CD album by ''Adriano in Siria Cara, la dolce fiamma'' and in last and the finale ''Temistocle Ch'io parta'' I can admit this the most successfull album ever done of Philippe Jaroussky by the great genius J.Chr.Bach.. just Brilliant

Fantástica observación,mucha gente piensa que los contratenores cantamos exclusivamente con la cabeza... Pero ¿como sustentas un edificios sin cimientos?...Bueno algunos lo hacen,pero luego se caen los edificios por estar mal construidos. Claro que los contratenores que usan pecho hay los que extendienden la voz de cabeza hasta el pecho como una mezzo lo haría y están los que rompen y usan el pecho puramente baritonal(esto usualmente se oye raro)

NOOOOO, contratenores cantan en solo la parte alta de la voz sin voz de pecho aunque si para las notas bajas!!!!Por supuesto no hay castrados ya!!!!!
