I'd like you to meet Carol S. Edwards.

Carol S. Edwards, born and educated in Illinois, has been a resident of Florida since 1976 and moved with her family to Lake Placid in 1988. Soon after, she decided to become a
Realtor and began her career with Stephen L. Miller Realty, an independent real estate company.

This agency became a Re/Max office and then a Coldwell Banker office.
And these changes brought with them an increased knowledge of the field and allowed Carol to hone her real estate skills.

Then, in 1998, she opened the Lake Placid office of C.S. Edwards Realty, Inc. In November of 2003, Carol expanded to Sebring and opened an office on U.S. 27.

The hallmark of Carols personal philosophy is the golden rule.

This goal to treat others as you wish to be treated quickly became the companys mission statement and the mantra of more than 27 agents.

The result C.S. Edwards Realty, Inc. has captured the Highlands County market and established itself as number one in residential sales in Lake Placid for all of Highlands County.



With integrity first, it became easy to provide the highest level of quality service and professionalism possible to our clients.

Carol has received numerous awards from her peers and is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute. She was awarded 2001 Realtor of the Year and 2006 Hall of Fame Award from the Lake Placid Board of Realtors.

Carol has also been awarded the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist in 2007.

A consistent multi-million dollar producer, Carol has been successful selling waterfront properties, homes, acreage and commercial properties.
