Oh, scam implies money transacted where does that relate to this, the government pays $10,000 for toilet seats is that what you mean by scam? Solar panels generate free energy, as well as hydroelectric geothermal, yes you have to build a machine to harness the power, but so is the same with overunity devices.

Don't forget nuclear power. That comes from the radioactive decay of radioisotopes made by the supernovas of OTHER suns. :)

oh! and geothermal power too, which is the result of the gravitational contraction of the gas cloud that eventually made up the solar system! that's not from the sun either! :D (though the sun does help preserve it)
