this is really awesome i have watched the chase video of this soooo many times its interesting to hear the guys they picked up story!! im so sorry this happened to you but thank the storm chasers who are out there trying to learn the science of these things so we can save more lives

You can still see deformed trees in Moore ok even ten years later

The trees look really eerie the way they are starting to grow back out but had been stripped of everything. Amazing the size of that tornado. The OKC tornado of 1999 was stronger, but this one was physically among the largest ever at 1 1/2 mile wide.

True, the most powerful tornado occurred on May 3, 1999. Near Oklahoma city, wind speeds were over 310mph
