what you witnesed is a CRIME.. he can't defend himself so it's up to "good folks" to defend him.. does anyone have a phone number of this detention center..? name and address of this tough lady who committed the assault may also be interesting to learn.. someone should show up at her house in a wheelchair and offer to be assaulted by her.. this is gettin' old and the only way they will stop is if good folks stop them..

Dumb, fat cow. Hope she got fired over this. To do something like this one would have to be incredibly stupid - how embarrassing for the police force. She should be held accountable and made to do community service with disabled people on top of paying this guy compensation.
