if you look close in most mangas the shadows on faces clothes etc is usually just a bunch of dots, like the wall of the top panel here

@kobato96 A nice library comes with the plugin CD. Others are downloaded randomly from websites and a great bunch were made by me and imported to the plugin.

@damaged2 It's the Powertone 3 plugin, which I use in this video to screentone the drawing. You need to select an area to tone in Photoshop, then open the plugin options window, select a tone you want to use, rotate, scale or mirror the tone depending on what you want, then apply. I don't think I'll make a full tutorial explaining the process, simply because the plugin is not really available to buy in America and haven't met anyone else yet that uses it.
