The guest said so himself, it's changing food habits. Anyone can speculate that the evil biodiesel made from CORN doubled the price of WHEAT last year, but you need hard numbers or rather listen to smart people. cradle2light, great point In the US we have more waste than any grain we could ever grow. In the city of Balitmore 60% of it energy is produced from waste. We could do this all over the country and posibly the world and kill two birds with on stone so to speak. Its clear that growing corn for fuel is having some effect on the the worlds food prices and there are alternatives that would solve two problems. But our leadership is controled by big business.
