In my opinion, I think McDang is not good chef but he's good celebrity on cooking.
The part that made me think he's not good chef is from he doesn't want to create his own curry paste but use the one that others prepare and sold in the market and also still making fun on Gordon that he made his curry paste by himself.
Anyway, I like the way how McDang cocky, it's funny!!

Mcdang he is super good in Thai Cusine, I saw one of his interview he said something like if you want to cook Thai food you have to know the history of Thai culture. And I think it's true!!!!
I understand that some of you might think that Mcdang is arrogant but he say this himself that he loves critic. So the way you guys see him on the show is a real him.
And it's a good thing to see the other cute side of Ramsay ^^
I really like both of them.

Gordon is an amazing chef but Mcdang is a great chef specialized in Thai cusine.
get real he's a chef not a God to be perfect in everything.I'm sure Gordon would win if it wasn't Thai dish.
