Edit I did of Ben's waking up in Tunisia in "The Shape of Things to Come" combined with moving the island in the 4th season finale, "There's No Place Like Home". It may or may not turn out to be the way it really happens, but it sure is reminiscent of Desmond transporting elsewhere on the island after turning the key when the hatch imploded. Just something to think about...

  • I'm dyin' here, I want the final season to start right now. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUGH!

  • So, how we discovered from Christian in episode 5x05, so Locke was supposed to go off the island, when finale of s4 ended up, it shouldn´t be Ben, hmm, interesting:)

  • Well, according to Christian, or who/what is appearing as Christian. Also Locke isn't TURNING the wheel, he's stabilizing it. It's getting good, to be sure.

  • i hope ben still gets to go back to be honest. afterall he is "one of the good guys"

  • Good one! Yeah, Ben's one of the good guys, according to Ben. He's a legend in his own mind.

  • I wonder if he lands in the crater where the island used to be?

  • @ahoymole ...Acctually is well known fact that whole Sahara was a fertile land covered in forest some 20.000 years ago...

  • One of the greatest scene of the Show.

  • @dmtenman and ahoymole:

Perhaps it was the location of the Hydra Island, the smaller island without quite so much rainforest? Maybe the two islands didn't always used to be together?

    Just a suggestion...

  • He's lucky he didn't end up with that crowbar up his ass or stuck through his neck when he fell.

  • Not a bad thought that, but then looking at the crater its no where as near as big as the island, the island is huge, and plus how would there have been a rainforest in the middle of teh sahara desert? Not saying thats not what it is, cos it is a well good idea, but there are points to suggest otherwise

  • This scene contains the biggest clue noone has ever seen. If you'll watch the clip again Ben lands in the Sahara desert in what appears to be a crater. THIS IS THE ISLANDS ORIGINAL LOCATION. The spot Ben lands in is the exact spot where the wheel was originally. It explains all the hyroglyphs and egyptian stuff on the island

  • I love the scene and I love the music and I love Ben. So I love this!

  • Ben go to Tunisia. And he have reserveted a hotel. It was all part of a plan. He know where and when the island will transport. It was all part of a plan. Sorry about my English, it's so bad! jeje

  • This scene gave me chills when I saw it for the first time.

Then I watched it again a thousand times. One word: EPIC!
