Yes, Angelo is awesome. He's one of my favorites as well. If I was forced to narrow my group down to just a few, I think I would have to include Stochelo Rosenberg. By the way, I wonder why the video lags behind the sound on so many of these videos? I'm sure there is someone out there who has a simple explanation. It robs me of some of the thrill that I get from closely watching the amazing fingerwork required to play this music.
Angelo Debarre is without question one of my three favorite manouche jazz guitarists in the world today, the other two being Bireli Lagrene and Tchavolo Schmitt. (John Jorgensen is a very close fourth).
