  • I have Sjogren's and Lupus which some people associate with food(GMOs, gluten, meat, the list goes on). So I feel like I would probably see a change in my symptoms if I went vegan. My biggest concern is honestly social. My family persecuted me when I was a vegetarian because they said it is not Godly. What social problems does going vegan cause?

  • Good video, very interesting. One question I have is that while a vegan diet may well work for more cardio based workouts would it be feasible for those that want a balance between cardio and strength? Say like boxing? Sprinting or any other explosive sports?

  • Ryan; great video, I do not push my vegan lifestyle on anyone. people do get on my case about it but i will say to them, " You reap what you sew "..... I DO have alot of energy and I have felt the BEST I ever have in my life, and at 47 yrs. old its the best thing I have done for myself 5 yrs. ago !!! I feel great, I have a GREAT outlook on life to, alot more compation for not only animals but people too. I too work out 6 days aweek and look great and feel good about myself.
