I have Sjogren's and Lupus which some people associate with food(GMOs, gluten, meat, the list goes on). So I feel like I would probably see a change in my symptoms if I went vegan. My biggest concern is honestly social. My family persecuted me when I was a vegetarian because they said it is not Godly. What social problems does going vegan cause?

Good video, very interesting. One question I have is that while a vegan diet may well work for more cardio based workouts would it be feasible for those that want a balance between cardio and strength? Say like boxing? Sprinting or any other explosive sports?
