thats one fast neon. makes me sad bec i got a jdm itr swap too and i dont even have exhaust. :( i hope that neons just a one of a kind and that i never see it on the streets ever.

that neon scares....talk about sleeper.....a shitty neon gave that clean ass japanese made hatch a run for its money and i know the neon turbo but dont forget its a hatch wit a ITR SWAP and on top of that ALL MOTOR!.....so i vote for neon-VERY IMPRESSIVE p.s. by the way if that civic would have made longer runs you can tell neon will own it all day
