    I was 13 when I saw GFR at Southern Illinois University 1969.

    The music of my time is so deep in my being.

    This band is my totem. The second concert I went to was Cat Stevens at a beautiful theater in St Louis then it was the James Gang and Cream. I was young and I had older friends. I listened to 45s when I was a youngling-I was fully engaged with rock music since I was 7 years born. Mark Farner I wish him eternal good health love and joy. thank you Mark Farner.
