OSATv TouchLine host, Anthony Totera, interviews Rafael Carbajal former Urugay professional who played for several top National Soccer League clubs during the 1980s and 1990s including Toronto Croatia, Toronto Italia, Nacional Latino and First Portuguese, among others, NSL Goalkeeper of the Year 3 times over his career in that league, professional coach in Italy from 2002-2006 with C.S. Voltana and Faenza Calcio, Head Coach in the CSL / CPSL for 8 years and CSL Coach of the Year for 2008, on his reasons for first coming to Canada as a player and then coaching, the process of building the new Milltown FC team with players from different soccer backgrounds in Ontario and South America, the earlier maturation of players growing up in a soccer environment supported by the local culture and media, the quality of Ontario talent and the downside of coaching players in overly-structured sessions which often stifle development of individual strengths and potential.
