Know this. If the shihan in this video is going slow its for a damn good reason.uh...like teaching for example. He is among the most capable martialist I have come into contact with. I have attacked him with everything I had/have and it was like I was fighting my big brother...pathetic. Anyway I dont train in the BJK but this shihan is the real deal for sure! GREAT VID!

looking at this shit is horrible, sure theres good strategy and moves, but its done so slowly / coreographed, whats the point? you never see a video of a pracitioner of these kinds of styles actual fight now do u, just posers in gi / tabi playing with swords
