One Book, One Vancouver (OBOV) is Vancouver Public Library's largest city-wide program. It encourages us to read and creates opportunities for people to talk about a variety of topics by spotlighting a remarkable book through fun and exciting programs.

The 2010 winning book, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, was chosen by Vancouver residents. For three weeks in June 2010, Vancouverites voted online and at the Library's 21 branches for the book they think we should all read this fall.
