the low rumble was due to the wind. Notice he did not have the proper winscreen on the shotgun mic. When you shoot outside you want something more fussy with longer fabrics

on the boompole you hear a low rumble sound..wind and handling noises maybe. Do you have a shockmount on it to prevent handling noises? I want to buy me one rode or a lavalier. cannot decide.
