The men of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated, Delta Rho Chapter performing at the NPHC step competition, "Flashing Lights" at the University of Michigan. All nine organizations of the National Pan-Hellenic Council competed in the competition. The AKAs were the winning sorority and the Alphas were the winning fraternity.
