FAIL.
Phantom Power is nothing like Vampire Power. Phantom Power is when you are powering a device over the same cable that it uses to transfer data. ie. Phantom Power over a Cat5 cable to power a VoIP telephone or over a XLR cable to power a microphone or speaker.
