I watched the Dixie Stampede in Pigeon Forge, TN and the part in the begining with this song was simply beautiful. With the dances and everything it almost brought me to tears =)

i love this song! It represents who my ansesters r! it simaly states the charokee lived in the smoky mountins and the fogg on top of the mountins looked like blue smoke! The eagle is a proud symble of the charokee! the eagle flys above the mountins looking over the charokee!Thank you so much for posting this video! And i learned some people r not as lucky as me! Dollys family was poor but they had love. Dolly learned how to sing from her mom! I am now for what i had!

I really think this song is beautiful. I am dying to perform this song myself one day. not that I could ever do it like this. I also saw the show in Dollywood and It is absolutely fantastic!! anyone who hasn't seen it, I HIGHLY recommend it!
