  • just wondering isnt your butt off the bench a little bit with that form?

  • @surfsoccer11 My butt actually stays in contact with the bench the entire time. In a competition, you'll need to wear a singlet so the judges can make sure your but stays down. Thanks for the comment.

  • Thanks man that helped alot, im stuck at 240 right now. pushing back to my head really helped with my heavy reps when i bench.

  • grinding teeth = SERIOUS damage to your teeth and gums.

  • All good tips I don't think you mentioned keeping your elbows in? having said that i could never bench that way I was more of a elbows out mild arch type bencher with longer arms. I even benched liked this in competition I never had a problem your bench looks kinda low?

  • For better form, try to keep both wrists as straight as possible.
