This poomsae is derived from the fluidity of water which easily adapts within nature. The symbol of the water repeats itself many times throughout all Poomsae, Hyungs and in martial arts in general.

Agree with zacccaz and dciguy and it's one of few WTF Poomsae to resemble the wilder, more complex Hyongs of 1960s Chang-hon TKD.
