Why are some of the scars connected in the middle? Does that have to do with chest size or something?

Please never stop doing this Dr. Garramone! there's still quite a few years to go for me before I can get top surgery, but I've picked out my surgeon already...it would be gutting if in five years you're not doing this any more and I have to find someone else...
