Geekbench score : 901
(detail info : http://browse.geekbench.ca/geekbench2/view/70795 )

including sleep func. also 10.5.4
i installed Leopard on 8Gb SSD

just enjoy

cf. eeepc still has small lacks because of VERY SLOW ssd. for improvement, change SSD to HDD ;)
but i don't care above that.

  • Hey man, i am pretty experienced at hackintosh. I had it running perfectly on various desktops (look up my name on insanely mac: mtotho)

I have been out of the scene for a while.. just wondering.. does the realtek sound work? how bout azurewave wifi? (i can live without wifi cause i use wireless broadband.. and can swap for a dell that works.)

Also, how is power management running leopard? what is ur battery life?

  • 1. eeepc 901's sound module is realtek ALC269. this thing is recently released. so driver was not developed yet. so i use usb type sound card(only 3.5$) instead of on board's one.

    2. wifi is working on board. i recommand to search wifi driver at google.

    3. power management is also working.(battery times are almost 4.5 hours - only used wifi & full bright) as same as windows.

  • i give some hint.

    - must update 10.5.4 for system performance.

    - install kaly 10.5.2 with only vanilla kernal

(i installed all of leopard version iATKOS4i, leo4allv1,2,3,4, OZ, etc again and again [about 80 times -_-];. but problems -sleep, wlan, performance, update- were occured without kaly 10.5.2)

  • huh after install you have 1,4 gb free to me the install takes 6,6 gb on my 80 gb hdd

  • if i do this can i still use the linux utility on the disc and an sd card to put the xandros back on?, because if i cant get it working i want to switch back

  • What kind of performance can you get playing 480p H.264 video on this thing?
