it doesn't matter what the player is doing as long as the puck doesn't lose forward momentum- with that being said it was really fucking close to coming to a complete stop right before he pulled the trigger.

That shouldnt be allowed, u rnt allowed to go back and by doing a spin o rama, the player spins back
