I also love the ability to customize your ships skin! On a side note how come the dude playing the game never uses the air brakes or side shifts?

That's what happens when you get generic video content from Sony ;) We don't currently have the ability to film our own video content so we use whatever the publisher/developer gives us. Sometimes they leave out content and other times they give us content that looks like the game is being played by someone with next to no skills.

This game was freakin AWESOME! It really was fun, but you're right about the downloadable content.

The wipeout series has been excellent since the ps1 games, there is minor decisions with the newer games that some fans may not like but as far as consistency works wipeout has stayed true to its roots.

Wipeout Pulse is for 8 bucks now on PSN. Nice racing game, but I'd choose Motorstorm Arctic Edge over this.
