Are knee boots compulsory or something with this hunt! Everyone seems to be wearing them! (which I know is a good thing for the horses safety, it just seems funny and odd lol)

It's limestone wall country so yes knee boots highly recommended as a cut which gets infected with limestone could be highly dangerous. so everyone wears knee boots
