Partial video of most of my overhead dynamic effort workout from 06/06/2009. Included are eight sets of two repetitions of 12" log presses against Iron Woody #3 fitness bands with 105lbs. Bands provide about 145lbs of tension at top of lift. Also included are 2 3/8" dumbbell two-arm clean one-arm presses and the lifts are 62x8/8,87x8/8,112x8/8 and 137x5/5 (PR+10lbs). I took about a thirty seconds rest between arms with 112 and 137. Then 2 3/8" thick bar rows and the lifts are 125x8,165x8 and 205x3x10 (PR+5lbs). Log from Pitbull Strongman Equipment.
