@daki97o in your nvidia cpanel, go to Adjust image settings with preview, bring the slider tab from quality to performance.

i would not say this, it is horribly optimized, it runs maxed out on my system with 60-90 fps, but there are a lot of micro lagging at some places, just random lagging, fucccccccccccck
