Leo Kottke NEWEST #2 - live 2-16-07

I also heard that he is OK about recording the shows. I hope so anyway. I may end up in the slammer if he isn't. He did a great show and his humor never diminishes. I'd like to talk to him sometime.

He called this song "Ants" and also "untitled" at the show in San Francsco 1/27/07. Recording seems to be a venue thing, and as long as you don't advertise the fact and you are recording for your own use, seems okay.

How do I do this?

The audio for the vid needs to be in MP3 format. Re-compress it and make the audio MP3.  This will fix the sync problem.

By the way, am I right in assuming that Leo Kottke typically grants full permission for recording? If so, I'll bring a camera to one of his concerts if I can and I'll try to get a video up on here.

Right it appears to start in Sync..so its easy to fix but not from a cut clip? You take the whole original clip...take a note of its length....remove the audio and check its length against the length of the video..there will be a difference..so using an audio editor adjust the audio length to equal the video length and put this audio back on the video..
