The Baby's in the trunk, the bodies on the street.
Everywhere a carjack, don't want to busk here no more.
Mob is on the westside, Russians got the east. Hispanic's and the other won't give us any peace..

Cops don't come down here no more, attrition at its best. Poor killing poor is good TV, ratings at there best.
I'm paying and I'm singing-don't go down that street!!! I live in this wonderland where nothing is free...is this hell...is this hell?

Ones wearing cement shoes, another's lost his knees. As long as you willing to pay, you can o just what you please.
Everyones an angel, what if this is heaven and not hell? And God is just a jailer and were sitting in his cell...is this hell..is this hell?

The only way out of here is by ambulance or by hearse. I've lowered my expectations but things still got worse.
Maybe time to leave the city, heading for the northern bush. Desperate people doing desperate things, is this city cursed? Is this hell...is this hell?

Cracker song and strong lyrics. Definately not Hell though. There is no good thing in Hell. Right now this is the closest a Christian gets to Hell and the closest a non-Christian gets to Heaven.
