I made this to explain the throw I do in a couple of other videos- hopefully the video is clearer than the text descriptions I've tried before!

Did you watch this back and realise that the 'second throw' one poi section is not what you're doing when you do both together? :)

Ahhhh thanks for that Chutney!! Will have a crack at those :P They look interesting and could potentially be a great way to snazz up some stalls :P
