I vote we not only make marijuana legal, but make it such that if produced, is extremely high quality, such as: seeds must be purchased from specific vendors, if grown in the home, must be hydroponic, etc. If a brewery or distillery is located in the USA, it must be owned by a citizen, including the majority of stocks..........Lets get our money back

they ban a plant which is not bad at all and is actually good for you and they swap it with meth? one of the most dangerous drugs......... government is pretty smart

@snigr simple, politics and prejudice....there are many legal substances which are far more harmful, yet pot, one of the least harmful and the only one that has no evidence of physical dependence is still a schedule 1 drug along with heroine, LSD, and mdma. drug regulation came about through grassroots religious movements and politics. you'll be hard pressed to ever find a govt official who will not condemn pot cause no one wants to go against the grain and appear "soft" on drugs.

@kudgcn43 well they do focus on pot for about 3/5 of the show. they start to talk about meth towards the end because it became the replacement for pot in the U.S. since it was prescribed more liberally and is legal and pot wasn't. but they do pick back up with the pot storyline again.

What i dont understand is why tobacco is legal and marijuana is not, after everybody knowing how addictive (users use it Almost every hour)and poisnous nicotine is, can be even found in bug spray. smoked cigarette before and always feel horrible after it wears off,
