  • The answer is $66,300. Gross operating income (gross scheduled income less vacancy allowance) is $102,000 then deduct 35% operating expenses (35,700).

  • Property: 4 office units. Contract Rents per unit: $2500 per month. Vacancy and collection losses: 15%. Operating expenses: 35%. CAPEX: 10%.

    1) $95,000

    2) $102,000

    3) $48,000

    4) $60,000

  • What's the difference between operating income and net income? Thanks
