  • I have never seen the spin at 4:04. That was cool what is it called? Good job BTW. That is pretty amazing at 6 weeks! What pole are you using in the video?

  • Hi there, thx for your comment. Regards to the move at 4:04, i have no idea wot it is called, i just seen it done on hre and thought i'd give it a go. I haven't been on my pole for a few months now hence there not being any recent vids on here. So i will probably be starting all over again, lol x

  • I feel your pain girl, haha. Is that a stationary pole or spinning?

  • Hi there, my pole is static, but im ordering an xpole soon as my garage is leaking and can't use it anymore, lol x

  • You really put some remarkable spins up on the pole. At 31, the reverse blade was so graceful--your landings are light as air. I like the high angled swing out on your carousel--at :36, repeated at 1:12. How do you get out this far--is it subhand push power or just force in the swing? You need to keep this up--you are blessed with perfect proportions--a golden rectangle, really. You seem like a gymnastic natural, i.e., the perfect handstand, the confidence, and lack of fear. Bravo, Emsy!!!

  • Thx for the comment, hun, regards to the spin at 00:36 (woteva its called) I really struggled at first but found that if you put your strongest hand at the top as high as poss and put your other hand as low as poss it really stablizes ya! Well it helped me. once you can learn to hold your weight with the 2 hands then you just spin faster and faster. Regards to my figure, very hard work to get where i am, used to be nearly 11 stone but im now down to 9 stone due to boxing, lol xxx

  • i am a beginner and kudos to you who made a real video about the pain of practicing (inner thighs hurting, thinking you are ready to do a spin but you change your mind, etc.)...i like your spins @1:12 and some others...again thank you for posting!

  • good job just wondering why you have to step back everytime you do a trick. try to make your moves flow it will look much better boo. (-:

  • totally loving your body....

  • keep going n pull up this move will get u ready 4 many others plus u need the upper body

  • is this a static or spinning pole?

  • I love your video because it shows what hard work is put in to the moves!!! Keep it up, Im sure your awesome now, considering this was in 2008!

  • Fair play chick!! Its nice to see someone who doesnt mind putting the vid up as a beginner!!! Most of the vids on here are of advanced pro's so its so nice to see a gal who is still learning too!

  • 3:58 Ow!

Cute as a button. Go girl!

  • Thanks for posting this! It's so nice to see the reality of being a beginner-- I know it takes a ton of practice but too many of these videos are pros that make it look so easy. Seeing your own practice really helps.

  • Good practice. I'm glad to see clips like this for those of us who are at this level. The last move you tried is painful at first, I would have tears...but hang in there, it gets better and neat to accomplish. Have you posted updates since this one?
