You looked great in your earlier videos, and i was wondering why you gained weight again, now i know. So, it's really that extreme? Why did you never went into modelling?
By the way, im doing them right now, but am i gonna look bigger? i want to loose fat on my cheeks, to make my cheekbones more prominent, but i dont know if i should wait til i loose almost all the fat on my face, i do cardio all week but im still chubby.

What would be the ideal weight for a 5'11 19 year old for this exercises to take effects? im 180 but my cheeks look alil chubby sort of, but my cheek bones are visible.

yes... I thought I would keep the weight a bit and then lose it to show the effects of the workouts.
