Just vlogging about my first day on the 8 week (I used to be fat) challenge.
I started calorie counting instead of using Weight Watchers, thanks to fitnesspal.com!
Cooking some chicken and eatin' it too!
Stay tuned for my FFWD workout at the end of this video :P

  • Absolutely love the laughter in the background- how freaking adorable! If you ever need help finding calories for something- caloriecount.about.com is a good one. Good luck with the challenge :) And I really hope you do the weightloss journey tag or even create your own- I love hearing everyone's background!

  • See I love fruits and veggies. I WILL go to town on them lol. I just started counting them to see the difference it makes. According to myfitnesspal (add me: christinevlogs) I get 1800 calories a day so I am able to work more food into my day including produce. I'm sure there is a balance you just have to figure it out as you go!

  • @christinevlogs Thanks for the advice! The way I look at it is that I'm not eating cheeseburgers everyday LOL :) I'm also not going to town on fruits and veggies either, but I know if I count them then I won't eat them.... If I end up not losing then I'll have to revisit my choices and spice it up ;)
