  • great!!!...Eddie's voice (as amateur as the video is) is so open and so clear it just make me think or say ...I bet the Who is proud of allowing them to play that song!

  • He means that they definitely approve of this performance, it's always a risk when somebody covers a song.

  • @donarneysyndicate You don't need an artists permission to record their song, but you have to pay for a mechanical liscence through the Harry Fox agency so the writers get their proper royalties.

Thats a ludicrous statement considering how many commercials and T.V shows Pete has pimped his songs out to!

  • @bcushing Not true. You have to get permission from the song owner in order to record it. Live performance is a different game. Hence the reason you see so few recorded covers of Who songs. Or Prince songs.. etc.

  • MUY MAL GRABADO, PERO SE HACE LO Q SE PUEDE, Q COÑO! GRACIAS, AUNQUE PREFIERO MIL VECES A LOS WHO. I'M TIRE OF HAVING TO WRITE IN ENGLISH ALWAYS.

  • @dockaiser Any band is allowed to cover ANY song they want to..I think they're saying that the Who would be proud that PJ did such a MONSTER job on their song!

  • I went to the 20th, too...they did play Baba O'Riley that night. It was the highlight of the show. Remember how the whole place was singing along. Chilling moment!!

  • great

  • This says it all, Johnny.

  • this was the first song my husband truly loved of pj. we got married a couple months later and this was "our song". it was lovely...
