  • Ben lookin at Elliot at 4:12 to 4:14. Let the good times roll!

  • @DRNO777 I live 40 miles from RR HOF and if they don't need The Cars, I don't need them. F**k them. The Cars stood on their own just fine. Excellent in every way. Ben Orr, hometown boy. We miss him. As far as RR HOF, who gives a flying f***.

  • Love that smile at the end!!

  • @melissacarterTS Lady I dont know who you think you are, but to come on and judge our music when our country is fighting unemployment, wars, and a budget thats out of control... our music is our escape and we love it. So take your opinon and shove it up your queens ass.

  • simply amazing...one of my all time fave songs.

  • You will never see geeky white kids playing music like this again. Musicians that can actually play music. Check the geek busting out the keyboard solo! Amazing! Seen anything even remotely close to that these days? NOPE!

  • it's Benjamin Orr singing, not (ric ocasek), Ben Orr never got the credit due him, he was a vital part of the band, in fact maybe the most vital part, he was the star of the cars...

  • @DRNO777 Agree and its sad to think that blondie is in and the Cars,Rush and other arent in!!

  • Great band that played just as well live as in the studio. They don't make em like this anymore. The Cars rule and should be in the RR HOF by now.

  • @melissacarterTS agreed they were not cutting edge, but it's not their fault that they were popular. they weren't a prefab machine gunning for hits but five seasoned veterans of the boston club scene that played a lot and got lucky. they've been quoted as saying they just wanted to sell enough of the first record to be able to make a second. also remember UK and US markets were vastly different - God Save the Queen was #1 in the UK - that type of thing didn't happen in the US until 1992.
