true, our health care isn't has lost it's humanity, but does free market health system does? not really.

--and I mean to ask that sincerely.  I just wonder how it work here in Canada. I know that France has a two-tier system in place, however their doctors are paid less than ours I believe. And, maybe that is because the neighbouring nations do not offer significantly higher salaries?

Well, in all fairness, they do not have a nation next door that offers only private care (the U.S.), so Canada has to compete with the wages of those doctors. I don't believe they have that problem in Europe, do they?

only 3 other countries have the tyranny of "universal" health care imposed on its citizens and they are all communist states. So by your logic the rest of the 200 plus countries that use the two-tier model are wrong? I don't think so.

Two-tier....I don't think that's a good idea. You're only looking at the demand side of things. If YOU were a doctor, and could make more in the private system, why you would stay in the public system? And Roemer's law: make a new hospital bed, it will be filled.
