Massive Tiger Airways fail.
2 planes out of action, hundreds of people left stranded and no communication. No updates on their website "There are no flight distruptions" no answers on their phone line (engaged and still engaged the following day today?!?).
Things go wrong and that's the way it is so get over it. However, not telling people what's happening for 3 hours then advising that your flights cancelled so see you later is not good enough. Just keep people informed and they won't freak out. (i'm freaking out).
Still can't get through, no refund, no return emails, no apology, no customer service?! If this is the way they treat their customers, how do they treat their planes?!? no wonder 2 of them broke on the same day. This can't be safe. You just can't risk it. (F%#K i'm really ranting now, i feel like an old man!)
Tiger is cheaper but as their website states, they only have a 77% success rate of getting you to your destination on time if at all. That means 1 in 3 passengers!?! How can anyone operate like that?!
Pay the extra $5 and go with an Australian company.
shit!
