They have to limit "amateurs" to 1500 watts. They could really hurt themselves with anything more. You must be bored. Did someone actually have some traffic to report on the net and you're having to wait your turn.

@AMATEURRADIOLOVER LOL, Even if all 2200 are on frequency, its still like getting a Honda Accord to do a 12 second quarter mile... it can be done, but it takes 10 times the effort than just getting something really designed for the purpose. VHF for local talk and HF for DX!
