no they aren't moving backwards, just because the car's wheels are moving so fast that the eyes are misleaded and it looks like they're going backwards

@MASEK360 lol, actually, the video sampling rate was a bit below the wheels' spinning frequency so it looks like they're moving backwards. (Consider the case when the sampling rate is exactly the wheels' frequency--then it would look like the wheels are stationary!)
