I don't get how this works. So I use the spreadsheet, I put in the # of runes I have of each rune, and that calculates what? Am I supposed to then buy Tier 1 runes to craft five Tier 2 runes, and then get those five and create a Tier 3 rune?

@kwazycheese If you have ALL the possible tier 3 runes, you'll have about 700 runes between the marks, seals, glyphs, and quints. The more tier 3 runes you already have, the more likely you are of combining lesser runes to produce something you DON'T need anymore.. If you have only 14 (of any) tier 3 runes, you are 98% likely of producing a rune you don't already have... if you have 350 already; you only have a 50% chance.
