My Daughter Piper has Angelman syndrome and we have just had her fitted for these. At this time she is unable to walk so we are hoping that she will with them. Thank you for sharing. Does your child suffer from Angelmans?

es fenomenal ya que consigue que el niño camine sin tropezar lo que es una pena es su coste que es carisimo, para los p.c. es ideal y la los niños con sindrome de dw.

They are called Theratogs and you should speak with your PT or OT and they can assess. Also, your doctor should be able to help as well. You can find them online, but you should have a professional asses the needs as there are many straps that can do different things. Good luck!

the gray strap that runs up the back and between his legs ..what does that strap do..is it for support? I use theratogs on my son but i dont have that strap and it looks to me like it might help in bringing his legs in a little closer and to help make him have some resitance and bend his knees?

The strap on his back (attaches to back of his legs) help pull him back as he tends to lunge forward. There are also straps around his legs, beginning on his ankles, wrapping around his lower leg and attaching to the front of his hip opposite to the ankle it originally was attached to is to pull in his feet straight as he tends to walk with his feet out, as well as help him bend his legs. His PT evaluates him for correct use of the Theratogs.
