You know, when I heard people say plaid, it now make sense that all the stores in the mall are bombarded with plaid foolishness. I personally always like pin stripped shirts :-P. Does this mean that hipsters are mainstream? O_o

It's true, hipsters are most people that grow up in rich suburbs/city areas. They don't have culture or usually religion (Atheists are very hipster), and so I feel this vacuum leads them into looking for some sort of identity to grab on to. I'm the same: White suburbian. No culture, no religion, nothing much going on. And our comedy is a huge jumble of ironic cliche's. What's the remedy? Graduating and getting a life (and maybe a good punch in the jaw).

calling someone a hipster makes you a hipster. its a really cruel but terribly cute joke that everyone keeps playing on each other. Come on guys... each and everyone of you are hip and you know it
