  • Beautifully sung version of a great - and difficult to sing(!) - melody. One of my favorite jazz tunes.

Lady Day's recording is MY favorite, also.

Idrees Daahoud - a great name! One of the best trumpeters (Idrees Sulieman, from the Clarke-Boland Big Band) and one of my favorite tunes (Freddie Hubbard's version is the best recording of Daahoud), as well!

Thanks for singing 'n' playing "The End"!!!
