Not true at all, MSFS as regards Helis really sux but so does X Plane's. There is yet to be an accurate Heli sim. And as for X-Plane's claim that regular a/c are more accurate than MSFS, well that is just hype. Native a/c MSFS as with X they are all poor. But as for MSFS Accusim have taken a/c to new heights. :-)

X-plane helicopter flight dynamics are as close to the real thing as you can get without having a fully dedicated full size 6 D.O.F simulator made by the actual aircraft manufacturer itself..Trust me, I flew FSX for a while before I found out about X-plane.
The only way you can get close to XP is by purchasing the DodoSim 206..Anything default is like flying helicopters in Grand Theft Auto .
You may want to fly it first before you say what you said.

Not saying to ditch it..When it comes to helicopter flight characteristics MSFS doesn't simulate them very well..You get A LOT more realism out of X-plane helicopters..I look at it like anyone can hover a helicopter in FSX, you can hover like a champion in the B206 in FSX and then get into the default X-plane JetRanger and not even know what you're doing.
