SAIT Polytechnic Training for Workforce Nationalization Project (Angola LNG)

Since the early 1980s, SAIT Polytechnic has been providing workforce development solutions for a wide spectrum of organizations and their employees around the world. Our Training for Workforce Nationalization program for operations and maintenance has become a best practice for developing high-school educated technicians and operators in an effective and efficient manner, and to the standards required by oil and gas multinationals.
This program (delivered over a 12 to 18-month period both in-Country and in-Canada) takes a holistic approach to learning ensuring success for each individual participant and the achievement of company objectives.
